A former 6-time NCAA All-American swimmer and collegiate team captain, Sam brings the same champion mindset to her physical therapy practice, blending elite athletic insight with evidence-based techniques.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge (2017), and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Grand Canyon University her passion has been focused around the human body. While at Grand Canyon University she competed as a collegiate swimmer and served as team captain.
As a former 6-time NCAA All-American swimmer, Sam understands first hand the discipline, resilience, and care that go into peak physical performance. The same champion mindset fuels her commitment to helping others move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of patients—from postoperative, professional athletes, college competitors and even celebrities. Her holistic approach considers the whole person, not just the injury, helping patients achieve long-term wellness and meaningful recovery. Dr. Magnani blends scientific expertise with athletic experience to bring a unique perspective to her practice.
Known affectionately by her patients as the “Princess of Pain,” Dr. Sam is celebrated for her empathetic care and unshakable enthusiasm. Whether guiding elite athletes back to competition or helping everyday individuals reclaim their quality of life, she brings the same heart, expertise, and purpose to every session.

Dr. Sam is certified in Astym therapy, Movement Link, Dry Needling, and Blood Flow Restriction (KAATSU). She also serves as a clinical instructor for aspiring physical therapists, helping shape the next generation of practitioners with her hands-on mentorship and passion for education.
